This book is a puzzle designed to create a three-dimensional interpretation of a person’s life. The instructions are presented in symbols, as they are not reliant on any given written language. The mirror foils are connected to Plato’s Tripartite Theory of Soul, which divides the soul into Reason, Spirit, and Appetite. Each participant is encouraged to decide with which part of their soul each foil communicates. Each of the unfolded Platonic solids represent the external factors of each player’s life. The Platonic solids are the tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. As the name suggests, the Platonic solids stem from the ancient Greek philosopher Plato, who theorized that the classical elements were made of these regular solids. By participating in this project, the player is encouraged to interpret, unfold, and bring together their own Platonic Life Plan.
